Inside Ferrari: A look at the team’s gym in Fiorano (VIDEO)

Ferrari’s official website has released this behind-the-scenes look at the training regimen their crewmembers go through to work on the Formula One team. Each program is tailor-made for each person on the crew of 22.

An F1 pit stop is one of the most choreographed and detailed moments of motorsports, with all crew converging and trying to complete the pit stop in under three seconds.

    It’s not easy being a pit crew member on any Pro racing team. Even the sportsman racer crews work their butts off. With the Pros timing is everything.

    What no one has yet explained however is why the Red B.S. Racing pit crew only has difficulty tightening the wheel nuts on Vettel’s teammates cars but never on Vettel’s car…
